Влияние QPQ обработки на свойства поверхности стали 30CrMnMoTiA

Аннотация


На стали 30CrMnMoTiA по технологии QPQ (закалка – полировка – закалка) получена пленка толщиной ~5 мкм. Твердость, модуль упругости, износостойкость и коррозионную стойкость стали 30CrMnMoTiA без покрытия и с покрытием (пленка QPQ) определяли с использованием наноиндентора, машины для трения и электрохимического анализатора соответственно. Состав и структуру поверхности стали без покрытия и с пленкой QPQ анализировали методами SEM, EDX и рентгеновской дифракции. Пленка QPQ состоит из окисленного внешнего слоя и азотированного внутреннего слоя, и их твердость на 29,6 % и 27,1 % выше, чем у стали 30CrMnMoTiA соответственно. Процесс износа пленки происходит в две стадии с разным коэффициентом трения: 0,80 — на первой и 0,58 — на второй. Масса износа пленки на 33 % меньше, чем стали за весь процесс трения. Механизм износа стали — абразивный и пластическое течение, а износ пленки QPQ заключается в расслоении. По сравнению со сталью 30CrMnMoTiA плотность тока коррозии пленки QPQ на два порядка ниже, потенциал коррозии смещается на 0,5 В в положительную сторону, а электрохимическое сопротивление увеличивается на три порядка.
