Влияние покрытий из карбида хрома Cr3C2 и Ni - Cr-сплава, полученных детонационным напылением, на эксплуатационные свойства зубчатых шестерен из серого чугуна

Аннотация


Исследованы структура, твердость и износостойкость серого чугуна с покрытиями из карбида хрома Cr3C2 и Ni - Cr-сплава, нанесенными методом детонационного напыления. Покрытие из Cr3C2 имеет более прочное сцепление с подложкой из серого чугуна и обеспечивает более высокие твердость и износостойкость по сравнению с покрытием из Ni - Cr.
