Влияние добавки циркония на фазовые превращения, микроструктуру и износостойкость высокоэнтропийного сплава AlCoCrCuFe

Аннотация


Исследовано влияние добавок циркония на микроструктуру, фазовый состав, микротвердость и износостойкость высокоэнтропийного сплава AlCoCrCuFe с равным мольным соотношением компонентов. Проведены металлографические исследования с использованием методов рентгеновской дифракции, световой и электронной микроскопии и механические испытания на износ. Показано положительное влияние добавок циркония на твердость, прочность и износостойкость сплава AlCoCrCuFeZr за счет измельчения зерна, твердорастворного упрочнения и изменения фазового состава.
