Влияние борирования и алитирования на износостойкость стали AISI 1010

Аннотация


Исследованы структура и трибологические свойства стали AISI 101 после борирования и алитирования в порошкообразных смесях при 850° C в течение 1, 3, 5 ч. Определено влияние длительности химико-термической обработки на толщину диффузионного слоя, твердость поверхности и скорость износа стали AISI 101. Проведены рентгеноструктурный и рентгеновской энергодисперсионный анализы, а также испытания на адгезию по классификации Daimler Benz. Показано удовлетворительное состояние поверхностных слоев как после борирования, так и после алитирования.
