Гидрирование глубоко охлаждаемых расплавов как эффективный метод аморфизации и контролирования структуры сплавов на основе d-металлов

Аннотация


Рассмотрены процессы аморфизации и кристаллизации бинарных и многокомпонентных расплавов на основе переходных металлов. Проведен сравнительный анализ предкристаллизационных структурных изменений и атомной динамики в условиях форсированной закалки и глубокого переохлаждения металлических расплавов. Показано, что гидрирование расплавов вносит дополнительную специфику в течение предкристаллизационных процессов, влияя на атомную конфигурацию, модуляцию частотного спектра и флуктуации зонной (электронной) структуры, определяющей специфику стеклования и когерентной нанокристаллизации с сочетанием кристаллических кластеров и кластеров с некристаллографической симметрией.
